Do I need a card to sign up?
No. You confirm your email with a code and we send the next steps.
Is my campaign data mine?
Yes. Your briefs, creator lists and sales reports belong to your account.
How does a promo code work?
Each creator gets a personal code such as HER-ANNA10. When a buyer uses it at checkout, the order is credited to that creator in your report.
How are creators paid?
The marketplace settles the campaign. Brands pay a commission of about 15 percent on campaigns settled through the platform, lower on the Scale plan.
Do creators pay anything?
No. A creator profile is free and creators pay no commission.
Is there single sign on and invoicing?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan, together with roles and a security review.
What happens after I sign up?
We email you the next steps. Confirmed addresses are the first to hear from us.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans renew until you cancel. We do not offer refunds.
