Terms of service

These terms apply when you use her.promo, operated by the administrator of the service.

The service

Her is a subscription platform for brands and agencies and a free listing for creators. We provide a creator catalog, campaign tools, promo codes and reporting.

Accounts and plans

Plans renew each period until you cancel. Usage limits count within the billing period, and removing an item does not return the usage. Fees are not refundable.

Marketplace commission

Campaigns settled through the platform carry a commission of about 15 percent of campaign value, lower on the Scale plan. Creators pay no fees.

Your content and conduct

You keep ownership of your content and data. You agree not to mislead buyers, to follow advertising disclosure rules and not to misuse the service.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page.
