A useful report starts with a precise definition. HerPromo measures activity through your outgoing profile links, not purchases inside another creator platform.
Connect a destination to a platform
Select the right platform in the builder, enter its profile address and give the button a recognizable label. A recorded click is associated with the destination platform on your page.
Test every button after age confirmation. If the wrong profile opens, correct the destination before using the address in a campaign. Tracking cannot make an incorrect link useful.
Know when a click is recorded
Outgoing activity is recorded when a visitor follows a profile link after confirming they are an adult. A page visit alone is not the same as an outgoing click.
Repeat clicks may be recorded more than once. The totals do not represent verified unique people, subscriptions or purchases. Use them to understand interaction with your page rather than to report revenue.
Interpret referrers carefully
Pro includes full platform and referrer statistics. A referrer is the referring website supplied by the browser when it is available. Apps and browser settings can withhold that information.
An outgoing click may report your HerPromo page as its referrer instead of the social app that first brought the visitor. Missing or internal sources are limits of the observation, not evidence that a particular channel performed poorly.
Keep a campaign record beside the report
Write down the placement, publish date, destination and approved message for each campaign. Review activity around that work alongside any reporting provided by the destination platform.
Direct adult links can be restricted or lose distribution opportunities on social services. A quiet report can reflect limited reach, an unsuitable audience or an unclear destination. Check those possibilities before attributing the result to your page.
Choose a change you can evaluate
Try a clearer label, a different button order or a better fit between a post and its destination. Keep the surrounding context stable enough that the next review has meaning.
Promotion adds calendar planning, community matching, creative sets and campaigns using tracked links. Agree on what can be measured before work begins. A practical decision is more useful than a claim the data cannot support.
